Do you offer rapid testing
(urine, COVID, flu, strep, mono, RSV)?
Yes, we provide rapid testing for COVID, flu, strep, mono, RSV, and urine analysis as part of our house-call doctor visits or telemedicine visits supported by an on-site medical assistant. These tests are available for symptomatic patients as deemed necessary by our providers.
How much will a visit cost?
MobileMedic of Texas offers visits at costs comparable to an in-network urgent care visit and significantly more affordable than ER visits. Cash-pay patients can view detailed pricing on our pricing page.
What age ranges will you see?
Our providers are trained to care for all ages – from baby urgent care to adult services, ensuring that each family member can access quality care.
What are your hours of operation?
Currently, we’re open 6 pm - 11 pm Monday through Friday, and 7 am - 11 pm on weekends.
Can I get a prescription refilled?
Prescription refills may be possible, subject to the provider's discretion during the visit. However, controlled substances will not be refilled.
How do I schedule a visit?
You can easily schedule your in-home urgent care or telemedicine visit online thru here. If you experience any issues booking, please call 945-274-7549 for assistance.
How do I get a prescription after my visit?
Your prescription will be sent directly to your designated pharmacy. For in home urgent care visits, the first dose of medication can often be provided during the appointment.
Do you offer school and sports physicals?
Yes, we offer school and sports physicals for in home visits only. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the examination.

What insurance do you accept?
We are currently credentialing with most major insurance providers. Until this process is complete, we are a cash-pay-only clinic
How do you manage musculoskeletal injuries?
We conduct an initial exam and, if needed, apply a splint or sling. We’ll then arrange for an x-ray at a local radiology clinic near you. Once the x-ray and radiologist’s report are reviewed by your provider, we’ll discuss the final treatment plan with you.
Who will provide my care?
Your care will be provided by highly experienced physician assistants and associates with extensive backgrounds in urgent care for kids and adults.
What time will my provider arrive?
Due to travel variations in the DFW area, your provider typically arrives within one hour of your scheduled appointment time.
